When you sell your food at a constant weight, in order to save as much of your product by not cutting it at an overweight (usually around 10% to 15% of overweight portioning), please ask us for our fixed weight cutting solutions that we guarantee to be of +/- 2.5% on each slice. This can lead to 0% overweight cutting in some cases and even to the possibility in some others to create a saleable additional portion within your contractual tolerances.
